Steve Hales is a seasoned insurance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Advisor at Warburg Pincus LLC since April 2024, Hales previously held the position of CEO at Resolution Re, where a globally diversified reinsurance organization was built from the ground up. Earlier roles include Head of Europe and Global Head of Connected Insurance at Assicurazioni Generali, and Chief L&S Officer for the MedLA Region at AXA, where strategic and operational management of Life & Savings and Health businesses was emphasized.
