Marek Matyka possesses extensive experience in financial management and process optimization across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at VINCI Facilities Poland since August 2018, Marek also held the position of Finance & Controlling Manager. Previously, Marek has been a Subsidiary Financial Controller at Warbud S.A. since March 2011, overseeing budget preparation and project management. At PwC, from September 2008 to January 2011, Marek was a Senior Associate focused on financial statement verification and compliance auditing. Earlier experience includes a role as Program and Production Specialist at EADS PZL S.A., where Marek introduced Lean Manufacturing techniques. Marek holds a Master of Science in Engineering and Manufacturing Management from Coventry University and a Master’s degree from Lodz University of Technology.
