Fiona Blair is an experienced operations and delivery manager with a strong background in project management and business operations. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Waracle since February 2021, Fiona focuses on optimizing service delivery from sales to project execution. Prior to this role, Fiona was Delivery Manager EMEA at Squiz, overseeing teams in Edinburgh, London, and Poland, where efforts centered on improving project success and operational efficiency. Fiona's career also includes positions at Whitespace, where account management and project leadership were key responsibilities, and earlier roles in photography management and sales.
