Edla Pavan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial and marketing management. Currently serving as Diretora Comercial e de Marketing at Fresnomaq Industria de Maquinas SA since October 2007, Edla oversees the commercial area, focusing on developing retail relationships and implementing sales policies to meet budget requirements. Previously, as Diretora de Comercio Internacional at Montana Pulverizadores from September 2004 to October 2007, Edla was responsible for expanding international trade, conducting negotiations, and exploring new markets in Ukraine, Russia, and South Africa. Edla holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from UFSC and has completed various programs, including STC in Leadership from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and studies in Marketing Management from George Brown School. Edla also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, specializing in Advertising and Marketing from Universidade Metodista.
