Shinhae Lee is an experienced design leader currently serving as the Head of UX at 원티드랩 since December 2022. Previously, Shinhae held roles as Creative Director at CQR and Head of Design at 29cm at MUSINSA, where Shinhae led a 30-person design team focused on enhancing overall customer and brand experience. Prior to that, Shinhae was the Lead of the LINE Design System at LINE Plus Corp, managing a team that developed a cohesive design system for the LINE ecosystem and delivering significant updates to multiple LINE services. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Product Designer and Product Designer at NAVER Corp, where Shinhae contributed to various mobile applications and shopping services. Shinhae Lee graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Design from Kyung Hee University in 2010.
