Oswald Mutter serves as the VP of Engineering and Product Management at Wandfluh since July 2022, overseeing standard and customized components, systems engineering, and innovation in electro-hydraulic solutions. Prior to this role, Oswald held various positions at Festo from May 2018 to June 2022, including Director Channel Management D-A-CH and Head Distribution Business Development D-A-CH, where responsibilities included managing indirect sales channels and fostering growth strategies. Oswald's earlier experience includes significant roles at Bieri Hydraulik AG, Eaton, BIBUS Technology, HYDAC Technology Ltd., Bucher Hydraulics, and STEINEBRONN GmbH, encompassing sales, marketing, and engineering management across hydraulic and automation technologies. Oswald holds a Master's degree in Hydraulics and Pneumatics from Universitatea ā€žPolitehnicaā€ din Timișoara and completed high school at "Nikolaus Lenau" Gymnasium Temeswar with a focus on Mathematics.
