Edward 震 Chen 陈 is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in investment management, wealth advisory, and M&A services. Currently serving as Chairman of China Rising Group, the largest multiple family office in China, Edward has also held key positions at Dalian Wanda Group, including General Manager of Wanda Wealth Management Company and Head of Product Management at Wanda Internet Debt Company. Prior roles include investment management at Legend Capital, and significant contributions to Credit Suisse and Ernst & Young, where Edward led various high-value deals and projects. Edward holds an MBA in Finance and Investment from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, complemented by a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Management Science and International Economics & Trade from Harbin University of Science and Technology.
