Thadius Trone is a dedicated professional with substantial experience in leadership and community engagement. Currently serving as a Shift Supervisor at Waltonwood Senior Living since May 2022, Thadius has developed skills in accommodating dietary needs and supervising team members. Previously, as a Social Media Manager at UNCity at UNC, from August 2022 to August 2023, Thadius increased student engagement and fostered community spirit through strategic content creation. Experience as a Loss Prevention Associate at MARSHALLS LLC between June 2019 and August 2022 involved generating financial impact reports and leading staff training programs. Additionally, Thadius coached youth football and agility training for children at South Charlotte Youth Football and Agility Training from August 2021 to May 2022, demonstrating effective leadership and communication abilities.
