Ridaa Murad is an accomplished real estate and investment professional with extensive experience in various roles spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Co-Managing Partner at Topaz Capital Partners since June 2015, Ridaa focuses on financing real estate for credit-rated companies. As Co-Founder of both BEDROCK | GROUP, LLC and Habitat Homes, Ridaa specializes in managing and developing manufactured housing communities and affordable housing across the U.S. Additionally, in the role of Chief Investment Officer at Breakform Ventures, Ridaa supports alternative asset investment managers and direct venture investments. Ridaa has also been involved with Walton Global as Principal since January 2024, and previously held several advisory positions with startups and investment firms. Ridaa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bard College and completed GCE A-Levels at Harrow School.
