Malissa has thirteen years of experience in education and development of effective learning programs. As Learning Manager, she is responsible for creating and implementing learning programs focused on the professional and personal growth of each employee. She is a skillful instructional designer proficient in developing engaging and relevant learning materials for professionals whether it’s in the classroom or in an online learning environment. Prior to joining Walter P Moore, Malissa worked as a higher education instructional designer as well as an adjunct faculty member. She has a Master of Education and Bachelor of Science from Sam Houston State University. She holds multiple certifications in education and professional training, and is active in the community working on education committees designing and developing a variety of curriculums.
