Joseph Dowd is a Senior Principal and Office Design Manager at Walter P. Moore and Associates. Prior to their current role, Joseph worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Texas at Austin. Joseph holds a MS in Structural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
