Brian Lozano, P.E., PMP has been with Walter P Moore since November 2005 and currently holds the title of Director of Parking Services and Senior Associate. Prior to this, Brian worked at Regional Construction Resources, Inc. as a Project Manager for large scale steel fabrication projects. Brian has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston and an MBA in Management from LeTourneau University. Brian's responsibilities at Walter P Moore include client and stakeholder management, design team project management, as well as developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets.
