Lauren Burton is an experienced professional with a diverse background in design and communications. Currently serving as a Sr. Designer at Walter E. Smithe Furniture + Design since April 2020, Lauren specializes in consulting and designing spaces for both commercial and private clients. Concurrently, Lauren holds the position of Communications Director at Goshen, where responsibilities include planning and promoting the brand through various media channels. Previous experience includes working as an Interior Designer at Scott Shurptine Interiors and as a Sales Manager at Macy's, where leadership was demonstrated over a large staff. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business/Managerial Economics from Illinois State University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from City Colleges of Chicago-Richard J Daley College.
