Joseph Bruce has a comprehensive background in construction management and estimation, currently serving as the Director of Preconstruction at The Walsh Group since December 2019. Previous roles include Senior Estimator at Evergreen Construction Company and Carlson Construction, and Chief Estimator positions at both Madison Construction and Berglund Construction Company. Joseph began a career in estimating at Walsh Construction, where tenure spanned from June 2000 to May 2005. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Indiana State University, complemented by studies at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
