Tyffany Choi currently serves as an Academy Executive at Walnut Unlimited, conducting interdisciplinary research in the food sector and utilizing mixed methodologies to derive insights from data. Previously, Tyffany held the position of Project Design Lead and Research Intern at Mercato Metropolitano, focusing on anthropological research for the Holiday Hunger programme while creatively merging social research with artistic practices. Tyffany's experience includes roles as an Editorial Production Assistant at Forbes Global Alliance, Copywriter at Happy Ending Agency, and Creative Content Lead at Clyx, among others. Tyffany holds a Master's degree in Anthropology of Food from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from UCL, complemented by international academic experience in Florence.
