Rachel Ellis boasts a robust background in behavioural science and research, currently serving as an Associate Director at Walnut Unlimited since October 2022. Previously, Rachel held the position of Research Manager at the same company, and prior to that, served as Insight Manager and Senior Insight Executive at Manning Gottlieb OMD from September 2018 to December 2022. Rachel's career began at Irrational Agency, where roles included Research Executive and Junior Research Executive from October 2016 to August 2018. Academically, Rachel holds a Master of Science in Behavioural and Economic Science from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of York. Educational foundations were established at Durham Johnston Sixth Form and Belmont School Community Arts College.
