Trishala Pillai is an accomplished Senior Product Manager specializing in Supply Chain Innovation and Automation at Walmart since January 2023, where expertise in consumer-facing retail technology enhances the experience of associates within a vast grocery supply chain. In addition to current responsibilities, Trishala serves on the DEI Creative Board, leads initiatives for Women in Product and Women in Tech, and co-chairs a Women in Tech summit. Previous roles include Product Manager II at AnitaB.org and founder of Jugaad Community, a media production company, alongside experience as Technology Transfer Fellow at Carnegie Mellon University, and various positions in product management and strategy at organizations such as DICK'S Sporting Goods, The Rumie Initiative, and Shopify. Trishala holds a Master of Science in Integrated Product Development from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Waterloo.
