Beila Leboeuf serves as the Senior Director of Compensation & People Insights at Walmart since April 2021, previously holding roles as Director of Compensation Insights & Analytics and Principal Data Scientist/Economist. Concurrently, Beila is an Adjunct Instructor in Applied and Computational Mathematics at The Johns Hopkins University since August 2020. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Economist and Economist at the United States Congress Joint Economic Committee from August 2017 to April 2021, and IT Fellow at Baruch College from May 2016 to August 2017. Additionally, Beila taught as an Adjunct Instructor at Hunter College from January 2015 to May 2016. Beila holds a Ph.D. in Economics from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, and a B.A. in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Queens College.
