Arkesh Mishra currently serves as the Head of People for Walmart U.S. Tech, having held various strategic leadership roles within Walmart since October 2018, including Senior Director of People Strategy & Programs and Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer. Prior to Walmart, Arkesh worked at Aon as the Lead of Organization Effectiveness for India & Emerging Markets and held positions at Gallup as Client Service Manager, contributing to consulting solutions and project management. Earlier experience includes an internship at Standard Chartered Bank and a role at NTPC Limited, where Arkesh managed control and instrumentation maintenance shifts. Arkesh holds an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
