Julie Wallick is a principal and co-owner of Wallick. As part of that role, she’s an active member of its Advisory Board, participates in its Investment Committee and, together with Wallick’s other owners and its CEO, formulates the organization’s guiding values and mission. Julie joined the company in June 1982 as a property supervisor and worked as a marketing research specialist. She has held positions in all aspects of the business. In recent years Julie has focused on the human-centered design of new community buildings, promoting a welcoming and functional ease by staff and residents, and the sustainability of interior architecture and furnishings.

She is a licensed real estate broker and is active in professional associations, including the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition.

Julie volunteers and supports several non-profit organizations. She is on the Executive Board of Gesher Jewish Day School in Fairfax, VA, and the Washington DC Jewish Endowment board.

When not entrenched in the world of real estate, she spends time with her family, reads, cooks, travels, and exercises.

Julie graduated from the University of Cincinnati, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, specializing in marketing. She also completed postgraduate work at the Kellogg Business School at Northwestern University, Chicago.
