Jon Cooper currently serves as a Partner at Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis LLP, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Jon was a Partner at Spencer Fane LLP from June 2021 to February 2022. Additionally, Jon held significant positions with the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, including Director of the Metro Council office and Law Director from January 2015 to January 2021. Jon earned a Bachelor's degree from Middle Tennessee State University and is in the process of completing a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at the Nashville School of Law, with studies ongoing since 2004.
