Simon Herzog is a Senior Analytics Engineer at Wallbox Chargers, where a strong focus on cost reduction and the optimization of end-to-end data pipelines for the data warehouse has been prioritized. Responsibilities include the development of a dbt macro suite for integrating external delta tables into Snowflake and ensuring seamless schema evolution. Previously, Simon contributed as an Analytics Engineer, leveraging a tech stack that includes Snowflake, Dbt, Fivetran, Airflow, and Python to create and maintain comprehensive data models. Simon has been self-employed as a Mathematics and Physics tutor since June 2015, guiding students from primary school to undergraduate levels.
