Tracy Smith has over 25 years of experience in the human services field, currently serving as a Service Provider at Wall Residences since May 2014. Prior to this role, Tracy spent 18 years as a Program Supervisor at Rappahanock Area Community Services Board, where responsibilities included managing a fourteen bed residential facility dedicated to supporting intellectually and physically disabled adults.
