Talia Alexander currently serves as the Global Director of People Strategy & DEIB at WalkMeâ„¢ since May 2023. Prior to this role, Talia worked at Accenture from 2019 to 2023 as a Senior Strategy Manager, where responsibilities included guiding clients in developing human-centric solutions for organizational success. Talia's experience also includes roles at NatWest Group from 2013 to 2019 as HR and DEI Manager, focusing on inclusive strategies across multiple regions. Earlier career experiences include transcribing for Amnesty International Israel in 2012 and interning as a docent at the Arab American National Museum in 2008. Talia holds a Master's of Philosophy in Multi-disciplinary Gender Studies from the University of Cambridge, a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Strathclyde, and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Middle East Studies from the University of Exeter.
