Matt is Director of Restoration for the Tampa office. He has more than 10 years of experience in the evaluation, design, and renovation of various building types including parking garages, stadiums, plaza systems, and facades. Matt has extensive experience performing condition assessments including non-destructive and destructive testing, developing and managing restoration designs. He handles all aspects of project planning and scheduling, construction documentation and administration while representing the owner during the construction process.
