Position Summary:
This position is responsible for operational leadership and developing long-term relationships with large customers. This includes connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and actively seek new opportunities to grow our business with the customer. As the Director, Business Operations, you are responsible for ensuring the energy efficiency programs run effectively and efficiently. You will oversee team members, subcontractors and vendors to ensure all expectations of the programs are met. The Program Director is responsible for growth, overall operations and the successful management of productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Team.Â
