Shawna Leafers has extensive work experience in the sales and business development field. Shawna currently works as a Business Development Executive for Sanderson Design Group plc. in the Great Lakes Region since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales Representative for Jamie Stern Furniture, Carpet & Leather from October 2019 to September 2021. Shawna also worked as an Account Executive for Parterre from June 2018 to October 2019 and as a Director of Public Space Solutions for Agati, Inc from October 2017 to June 2018. Before that, they served as a Showroom Manager for Bernhardt Design from October 2014 to October 2017 and as a Sales Coordinator for Maharam from February 2011 to October 2014.

Shawna Leafers attended Grand Valley State University from 2000 to 2003. However, no specific degree or field of study was mentioned during this period. Subsequently, they enrolled at Kendall College of Art and Design from 2003 to 2006, where they earned their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus on Interior Design.
