Vanessa Gerardi, CPA, currently serves as the Internal Audit Manager at Walker & Dunlop, a position held since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles at CoBank from August 2020 to March 2023, progressing from Auditor to Lead Auditor. Vanessa was an Auditor at Entergy between January 2019 and July 2020 and gained valuable experience at KPMG from September 2016 to December 2018, advancing from Audit Associate to Senior Audit Associate. Initial audit experience began as an Audit Intern at KPMG in early 2015. Vanessa holds a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, both from Tulane University, with the Master's obtained in 2016 and the Bachelor's in 2015.
