Brian Onorio is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and leadership roles. Currently employed at Google as an engineer focused on Google Meet since November 2022, Brian is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Walk West, a position held since September 2007. Additionally, Brian serves as an advisor to the Computer Science Strategic Advisory Board at North Carolina State University, and previously worked as the Interim Chief Executive Officer at FTR Hospitality from December 2021 to August 2022. With a strong entrepreneurial background, Brian founded and led Proposa as Chief Executive Officer from January 2018 to January 2022, while also contributing as a Board Member for Shop Local Raleigh during the same period. Earlier in the career, Brian held roles as an Analyst at Duke University and as a Systems Engineer at Cerner Corporation. Brian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University, earned between 2001 and 2004.
