Sarah Rusakiewicz is a seasoned professional in talent management and leadership development, currently serving as the VP of Talent Management and Leadership Development at Walgreens Boots Alliance since January 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah held several leadership positions at McDonald's, including Senior Director of US Talent Management and Director of Global Talent COE, from February 2015 to January 2022. Sarah's experience also includes consulting at Strategic Talent Solutions, where significant projects involved individual and team coaching, 360 feedback collection, and executive coach sourcing. Sarah's early career featured roles in training evaluation and talent management internships at organizations such as the College of American Pathologists, Health Care Service Corporation, and Sears Holdings Corporation. With an extensive educational background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, including a PhD ABD and a Master's, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sarah combines academic expertise with practical experience to drive talent initiatives across organizations.
