Samir Patel has over 23 years of experience in program management, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Walgreens Boots Alliance since September 2010. In this role, Samir leads the Digital Portfolio, overseeing a $50 million budget and a cross-functional team of over 400 associates across various departments. Responsibilities include the implementation of agile processes to enhance delivery quality and stakeholder satisfaction. Prior to this position, Samir worked at Walgreens for a decade as a Program Manager, directing project teams and contributing to the development of portfolio roadmaps.
