Wendy Fryzer has extensive experience in the housing sector, serving as a Housing Officer at Wales & West Housing since June 2003, where responsibilities include managing tenancy aspects such as rents, voids, lettings, anti-social behavior, and tenancy support. Prior to this role, Wendy worked as a Housing/Lettings Assistant at Merthyr Housing Association from May 1997 to May 2003 and briefly served as a Casual Tutor at Merthyr Tydfil College in late 1992, teaching NVQ modules to adult learners. Wendy's educational background includes studies at Merthyr Tydfil College from 1992 to 1993 and attending Pen-y-Dre High School from 1972 to 1977.
