Gloria Huerta-Burzynski currently serves as a Training Specialist and has held various roles at Wakefern Food Corp. since December 2013, including Learning and Development Coordinator and Human Resources Operations Coordinator. Responsibilities encompass managing the New Hire Onboarding Process, administering the Service Awards program, processing invoices, and facilitating orientation events. Prior to this, Gloria worked as a JR Accountant, focusing on third-party pharmacy receivables. Gloria's career began at ShopRite Supermarkets as Head Bookkeeper/Customer Service Manager, where coaching staff on customer service initiatives was a core responsibility. Gloria earned an MS in Organizational Development & Leadership from Saint Joseph's University and holds a BA in History with Teacher Certification from Kean University, along with other qualifications in accounting and education.
