Caroline H. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public administration and community development. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst and formerly as a Data Analyst at Wake County since February 2002, Caroline has a robust background that includes roles such as Project Manager for the Intensive Family Preservation and Support Program at Durham County Government and Planner II at the City of Raleigh Municipal Government. Previous experience also includes positions at Wake County as Planner I and Child Support Enforcement Agent II, as well as a HUD Graduate Fellow at Triangle J Council of Governments. Caroline started the career as a Chemical Analyst at Fairfax County Government. Caroline holds a Master of Public Administration in City and County Management from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Tougaloo College.
