Tiffany Sprague is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international development, focusing on women's economic empowerment and STEM initiatives. Currently serving as the STEM4ALL Platform Lead at UNDP's Istanbul Regional Hub since May 2020, Tiffany coordinates significant regional studies on women in STEM and their contributions to the green transition. As a consultant at WAKE and formerly as the Director of Operations at Catalystas Consulting, Tiffany has led various projects, including researching the return on investment for women in the Dutch tech sector and integrating decent work principles in entrepreneurship programs across India and Bangladesh. Tiffany co-founded Scientific Adventures for Girls and has held roles at several organizations, including LexArts, the Center for Citizen Initiatives, and the National Democratic Institute. Tiffany holds an MSc in Russian and Post-Soviet Studies from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in Russian and Eurasian Studies and Economics from Mount Holyoke College.
