Tânia Mendes has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Tânia is currently working at Wakaru as a PMO Manager, where they co-manage an international project involving the implementation of a new SAP system. Prior to this, they worked at ITGest as a Project Manager and Business Analyst Consultant where they designed and implemented processes for a bank's architecture and platform. Tânia also implemented agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban. Tânia Mendes also has experience at Banco BPI, where they worked as a Product Owner and Marketing Manager, leading the development and implementation of new products and services. Tânia also coordinated a marketing team and conducted market research to increase sales. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Consultant in the Marketing Department, a Quality & Training Officer, and a Telemarketing Team Leader.

Tânia Mendes completed their education with an Executive Master's degree in Marketing Management from INDEG-ISCTE Executive Education in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology & Cultural Management from the University of Lisbon in 2007.
