Claire-Lise Rufer, MBA, has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management, serving in various roles since joining Wajax in July 2016 as an EH&S Manager and Audit & Compliance Manager. Prior to this, Claire-Lise worked as a Stagiaire en gestion de la santé et de la sécurité for APSM, focusing on the mining sector's health and safety initiatives. Previous positions include Coordinatrice en SST at Mine Raglan and Conseillère Santé Sécurité au Travail at Xstrata Nickel - Mine Raglan, where responsibilities included advising departments on safety programs, coordinating prevention activities, and implementing safety protocols. Beginning their career with Le Groupe ACCIsst as a Consultante en Prévention, Claire-Lise has a solid academic background with an MBA and other degrees in health and safety management and kinesiology from Université Laval.
