Tuhin Ranjan has a strong background in machine learning engineering and research. Tuhin is currently working at Wahi as a Machine Learning Engineer, where they implement state-of-the-art AI methodologies to develop and improve various data-driven products. Tuhin also deploys and manages models in production and evaluates and enhances existing AI frameworks. Tuhin has collaborated with Vector Institute to develop advanced AI methodologies for realtor recommendation systems.

Prior to this, Tuhin worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at NeuraVue Ltd.

Tuhin also has experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Toronto, where they worked on the IBDT project focused on implementing AI/ML and data analytics to improve business intelligence solutions and HVAC predictive failures and solutions.

Additionally, Tuhin worked on an MEng Research Project at the University of Toronto, where they optimized HVAC products through data analysis and proposed a new design for improved efficiency.

Before their academic roles, Tuhin worked at Johnson Controls as a Senior System Designer and System Designer, where they gained hands-on experience in building management system controls and HVAC products. Tuhin also completed a graduate engineering trainee program at Johnson Controls.

Tuhin Ranjan pursued their Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical & Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their B.Tech in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from SRM University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Tuhin received their high school education from DAV Public School between 2000 and 2012. In addition to their formal education, Tuhin has obtained various certifications, including the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in September 2021, and the Google Data Analytics Professional Certification from Google in July 2021.
