Timothy O'Neill is a seasoned professional in geotechnical construction services with over 30 years of experience. Currently serving as the Geotechnical Construction Services Project Manager at G.A. & F.C. Wagman, Inc. since February 2012, Timothy has previously held significant roles including Director of Construction Services at GeoStructures and Operations Supervisor at TerraTech LLC. Additionally, Timothy began their career as an Estimator and Project Superintendent at Taggart Brothers Inc. Timothy holds an Associate of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Vermont Technical College, earned between 1988 and 1990.
