Cassie Nichols, PLA, is a skilled Landscape Architect with extensive experience across various roles in the field. Currently employed at Waggonner & Ball since September 2023 and serving as a Research Assistant at North Carolina State University, Cassie previously worked as a Project Landscape Architect at Stewart and as a Project Intern at Coastal Ecological and Design Studio at LSU. With a foundation as a Landscape Architect at Sabak, Wilson & Lingo, and a Project Manager role at Booker Design Collaborative, Cassie has demonstrated expertise in community-focused design, bike and pedestrian-friendly initiatives, and environmental analysis. Cassie's educational background includes a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from North Carolina State University and a BLA from the University of Georgia. Additionally, Cassie holds degrees in Spanish and Latin American Studies from Berry College and has participated in various international educational experiences.
