Juan Domínguez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and operations. Currently serving as the Special Operations Manager at Wagestream since February 2024, Juan also holds a position as a Global Talent Member at Nova Talent since May 2021. Previously, Juan was the People Operations Manager at Oryon Universal from December 2022 to January 2024, where the focus was on supporting early-stage startups. Prior to this, Juan managed Customer Success at Wagestream and served as a Senior Consultant in talent management at Deloitte España from September 2015 to September 2019, where impactful projects in corporate culture and talent development were led. Juan began a career in recruiting with Deloitte España and holds degrees in Psychology from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and University College Dublin.
