Ben van den Bos is a highly experienced electrical systems integration engineer, currently serving as Principal Electrical Systems Integration Engineer at Williams Advanced Engineering since September 2018. Prior to this role, Ben held positions as Senior Electrical Systems Integration Engineer at the same company, Senior R&D and Electrical Test Engineer at Honda R&D Europe, and Electronics Engineer at Manor Racing. Ben's background includes significant experience at McLaren Racing, serving as Senior Trackside Systems Technician and Trackside Systems Technician, as well as working as Electronic Systems Engineer at Marussia F1 Team and Calibration Engineer at Lotus F1 Team. Ben obtained a degree in Motorsport Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Brunel University London between 2006 and 2011.
