Laura Leonard serves as the Art Bridges Project Coordinator and Curatorial Researcher at the Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art since December 2022, focusing on administrative support and collection research for the Art Bridges Cohort Program. Responsibilities include researching exhibition objects and artists, consulting archives, implementing object interpretation methods, and collaborating with curators on exhibition development. Prior to this role, Laura held positions as Broadcasting Supervisor and Art Consultant at Benjamin D. Walls LLC from June 2019 to December 2020, and completed an internship at the William King Museum of Art in 2015-2016. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Art History from Savannah College of Art and Design and dual Bachelor's degrees in Arts from Emory & Henry University, along with a study abroad experience in Fine and Studio Arts at Studio Arts College International.
