Tamara Rosales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement and management. Currently serving as the Community Engagement Officer for LATAM at Wadhwani Foundation since September 2019, Tamara also holds the position of Program Manager for WE Mexico. Prior to this role, Tamara was the National President of AIESEC en México from July 2017 to July 2019, leading a team of 15 and overseeing 1200 members, achieving notable growth in product and account development. Previous positions include Product Manager at AIESEC en México and AIESEC in Morocco, where Tamara developed product strategies and managed projects effectively. Tamara began the professional journey as a Local Committee President at AIESEC en UNAM and a researcher and data analyst at Circo Volador. Educationally, Tamara holds a degree in Sociology with a focus on urbanism, environment, and culture from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
