Shane Werlinger has over two decades of experience in IT infrastructure support and computer support. Currently at Wade Trim since March 2003, Shane has implemented advanced network solutions, including Fortigate Firewalls and FortiSwitches, significantly enhancing network speed and security across offices. Previous experience includes serving as a Computer Support Technician, where Shane minimized system downtime through effective troubleshooting and provided secondary network support. Prior to Wade Trim, Shane worked at TJBA from November 2001 to March 2003 as a Software Support specialist, responsible for software upgrades and troubleshooting. Shane holds an Associate of Applied Science in Systems Administration from Monroe County Community College, expected in April 2024, and possesses certifications in Network Administration from the National Institute of Technology.
