Joanne Edmundson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and customer service. Currently serving as Vice President at Wachtel Tree Science since April 2013, Joanne focuses on advancing the company through training and development for both clients and staff. Previous roles include managing HR and administration functions, as well as serving as Office Manager, where Joanne honed a passion for Human Resources. Joanne also has a background in customer service, having worked at RR Donnelley as a Customer Service Representative, and as an Owner of JMeCustomer Service, providing virtual customer service solutions. Additionally, Joanne held the position of Customer Service Manager at Allied Vaughn, overseeing various operational aspects, and began a career in broadcasting as a student employee at WMVS. Joanne holds an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management from Waukesha County Technical College and an Associate's degree in Television Video Production from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
