Alisa Pernach has work experience dating back to 2013, starting as a Sales Consultant at OOO "Anterion West". Alisa transitioned into a Training Manager role in 2016 and stayed with the company until 2019. From 2019-2020, they worked as a Lead Generation Assistant at Analyze&Design IT. In 2020, they worked as an Android Intern at ITMan before transitioning into an Android-developer role at Itexus in 2021. Currently, they hold the role of Android Developer at Wachanga starting in 2023.

Alisa Pernach recently completed a Java Backend Developer program at ITMan in 2020. Prior to that, between 2010 to 2016, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Brest State A.S. Pushkin University. Alisa also obtained a certification in Java Backend Development from ITMan in January 2021.
