Josh Shaffer has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Josh worked as a Lead Project Manager at Wabtec Corporation from February 2019 onwards. Prior to that, they were a Productivity Growth Leader at GE Transportation starting from September 2015. Josh also served as a Teardown Program Manager at Phoenix Laser Solutions/Phoenix Technical Solutions from March 2015 to September 2015. From October 2011 to March 2015, they worked as a Teardown Engineer Team Leader at Essig Research. Before that, they owned and managed a sales business as the Owner / General Manager from March 2008 to October 2011. Josh started their career as a Product Engineer at IC of Oklahoma in April 2005 and worked there until January 2011.

Josh Shaffer completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown in 2002. Josh then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Oral Roberts University, graduating in 2004.
