Melissa Strong is the current Chair at Wabash Center. Melissa has previously worked as the Senior Director of Total Rewards, Director of Total Rewards, Sr. Manager of Payroll & Benefits, Benefits Manager, Health and Wellness Manager, and Benefits Administrator at Wabash National. Prior to working at Wabash National, Melissa was the Group Leader of Payroll & Benefits at Subaru of Indiana Automotive. Melissa began their career in the payroll and benefits field at Subaru of Indiana Automotive in October 2000.

Melissa Strong has a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University.
