Sukya Williams is a Software Engineer Intern at Grainger since June 2024, with experience as Head Teaching Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania from January 2022, providing debugging assistance to over 200 students and managing a team of 40 teaching assistants. Earlier roles include Teaching Assistant for CIS 1100 and Research Technician in the Betley Laboratory, where skills in operant conditioning and data analysis were developed. In addition, Sukya served as a Java Programming Instructor at Heights Philadelphia, teaching programming essentials to middle and high school students. A Full Stack Development Trainee at Tech Talent & Strategy, proficiency was gained in front-end and back-end technologies. Sukya is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Cognitive Science at the University of Pennsylvania, having previously earned an Associate degree from Medgar Evers College, CUNY.
